Who we are
Syon Housing Association was set up in 2021, became a registered in July 2021. Syon Housing Ltd helps young people and adults with advice on finding and living in supported housing across the UK.
We serve accommodation that helps vulnerable people develop and maintain their capacity to live more independently in their homes. This may be in a tenancy, as an owner-occupier, as a lodger or in another semi-independent living arrangement.
Homelessness Intervention
Syon Housing Ltd primary target is positive change, enabling people to move on and lead independent lives. Evolve provide a range of services to homeless and vulnerable people within Birmingham.
Employability Support
Syon Housing Ltd Employability Support is a service designed to support youth to get in to the employment ladder and people with disabilities and / or health conditions into the workplace.
Health and Wellbeing
The achievement and maintenance of physical fitness and mental stability. We want to ensure that those people with the worst health outcomes get the support they need to have a better quality of life.
